Model ERV packages a total enthalpy wheel with exhaust and supply blowers, motor starters, and a control transformer pre-wired at the factory. An inline arrangement for interior installations as well as three exterior mounting arrangements are available. These arrangements enable the consulting engineer greater flexibility for designing energy recovery into the HVAC system. Energy recovery ventilator is specifically designed for outdoor installations. The weather-resistant Model ERVe features a pitched roof and drainable base for better protection against water penetration. In addition to its one-inch double-wall construction and hinged access panels other features include optimized blower performance for each housing size and multiple energy wheel options for selections based on horsepower, efficiency or recovered energy ratio (RER).

Greenheck manufactures four product lines, ERCH, ERT,VersiVent and APEX that combine the benefit of the total energy wheel with supplemental heating and cooling. Fresh outdoor air is preconditioned by the enthalpy wheel, recovering up to 80% of the energy from the exhaust air, while the coil section further conditions the outdoor air to the desired conditions. To expand the cooling and heating capabilities of the energy recovery wheel, a variety of tempering options are available. The coil section accommodates a cooling coil, a heating coil, or both.
