City Multi Split VRF systems provide a sophisticated yet flexible and energy efficient heating and cooling solution for any size project. It is the world's first and only two pipe system that offers simultaneous heat and cooling via heat recovery. City Multi Vs. Traditional HVAC Systems
  • The main difference between VRF systems and conventional commercial HVAC systems is that VRF systems circulate refrigerant from condenser unit directly to multiple evaporator units, rather than water (as in a chiller) or air (as in a ducted DX system) in order to achieve heat transfer to the space.
  • VRF systems have no refrigerant to water transfer loss as with chillers, thus compressor suction pressure can be maintained at higher temperatures bringing about larger efficiencies.
  • City Multi is the only one of its kind to provide a 2-pipe refrigerant flow, which allows for easier installation and significantly cuts down installation costs.

  • Optimize Energy Performance - City Multi systems are extremely flexible, enabling a single condensing unit to be connected to up to multiple indoor units of varying capacity and configuration. These systems are capable of adapting their capacity and power consumption to meet the actual load, therefore the overall Coefficient of Performance (COP) and the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) remains very high.
  • Independent Zone Control- Each of the multiple indoor units can be grouped into different zones and operate independently without affecting others.

Mr. Slim P-Series is the ductless solution for demanding environments that require an efficient and reliable heating or cooling system. P-Series ductless systems are stylish, compact, and more attractive than traditional systems. Advanced technology also means your Mr. Slim ductless system will run more efficiently than a conventional unit, saving you from rising energy costs. Mr. Slim systems are designed to adapt to your needs. Reliable, easy to install, and extremely quiet, Mr. Slim systems are powerful enough for the toughest situations, from offices and server rooms to equipment rooms, restaurants and retail locations.
 

P-Series Features

  • Low Ambient Cooling - Mitsubishi's success is a direct result of their  commitment to manufacture the most reliable Low and Ultra Low Ambient systems that are specifically designed for the Canadian climate. All P-Series units are capable to operate at -18C. In addition, the cooling only P-Series units are capable of operating in -40C with the addition of a Ultra low Ambient Cooling package. Mitsubishi Electric designs, tests and manufactures our commercial-grade Mr. Slim P-Series Low Ambient and Ultra Low Ambient cooling systems to incorporate the demand for year-long cooling in Canada into the heart of our systems. This feature is a perfect application for rooms that require constant cooling year round, such as the server room of a building.

  • Rotation, Backup, Standby - P-Series is exceptionally reliable and offers an optimum product life cycle with this new built-in function. Two systems work together in an alternating pattern to ensure both systems share the same amount of operation hours. Should the demand exceed the capacity of the operating system, the second system which is in standby mode, will start to increase the total capacity and return to standby mode when the demand reduces. In addition, if an error occurs to the operating unit, the second system will start automatically as a backup without causing any interruption to the service.

  • Variable Speed Compressor Inverter (VSCi) Technology - At the heart of Mr. Slim M-Series ductless air conditioners and heat pumps lies Variable Compressor Speed Inverter (VCSI) technology. Unlike conventional machines which only cycle between On and Off, VCSI systems detect changes in room temperature and readjust the compressor speed to provide high-speed cooling and heating as needed. This means the space maintains a consistent, accurate temperature for the ultimate in comfort, all while using only the power that's needed. By adjusting the air conditioning capacity to run more efficiently, your energy costs are reduced.

  • Hyper-Heat Inverter - Even when outdoor temperatures drop to -25C - levels that would give traditional air-to-air heat pump systems a cold chill - Mr. Slim H2i P-Series heat pumps stay efficiently on the job, keeping the indoors at a comfortable and consistent level. P-Series units featuring the exclusive H2i system are flexible enough for almost any residential, light commercial, or institutional renovation or new construction project. The H2i system delivers high COP in both heating and cooling modes, and that delivers savings benefits all year long.

  • i-see Sensor - Mr. Slim's FE model uses the revolutionary  i-see Sensor that detects more than just room temperature. The i-see Sensor measures the radiant hot and cool spots in the room and focuses airflow to those specific areas. The intelligent system not only maintains  air temperature, but also controls air movement and humidity levels to prevent excessive heating and cooling and unnecessary operation.

P-Series Split System
  • P-Series split ductless systems consist of two units, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, which are connected by two refrigerant lines running through a small 10 cm opening in the wall or ceiling. The outdoor unit cycles the refrigerant through the lines to and from the indoor unit, where the air is conditioned and then distributed into the open space.
  • The main difference between a Mitsubishi Electric Mr. Slim system and a traditional central systems is the absence of ducts to distribute the air. This is of significance, especially for locations that lack existing duckwork.
  • Depending on the series, indoor units come in a variety of styles and can be installed in compact tight spaces on walls or recessed into or suspended from ceilings.
  • In addition, some P-Series units allows two indoor units to operate simultaneously with a single outdoor unit, providing you with all your heating and cooling needs. Temperatures remain consistent throughout the room leaving no corner unreached. Please consult a Mitsubishi dealer for further information about this P-Series option.
  • Installation is as simple as mounting the indoor and outdoor units, connecting the refrigerant lines, and making a few electrical connections. P-Series Split Systems comes in a heat pump or cooling only modes.

Zuba- Central



Zuba-Central is a Heat Pump which provides heating and cooling to your home through ductwork. How The Zuba Central Heat Pump Works
 

A heat pump provides two services and employs the same basic principles for both. A system consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, with two small refrigerant pipes connecting between. Working like an air conditioner on warm days, the pump will extract heat from inside the home and transfer it outdoors. Conversely, on cold days the pump will flow heat energy into the home from the outside. Contrarily, with the evolutionary Hyper-Heat Inverter (H2i) technology, Zuba-Central is a heat pump that can perform well at temperatures as low as -30C and beyond. And even in those rare instances when extreme temperature hits the air, Zuba-Central can be equipped with auxiliary heaters that can operate simultaneously, only when additional heat is needed. Zuba-Central simply is ideal for homes in any part of the country.
